Returns and exchange details:

In general, I do not offer exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. All sales are final. But if you have any concerns, please contact me directly. I know every situation is unique, and needs to be handled differently. There is no issue that can not be resolved.

Payment:

Your item will not be shipped until payment is cleared. As of now, I only accept PayPal.

Shipping:

I offer first class shipping on all orders. Once the item leaves my hands, I am not responsible for USPS /UPS losing or damaging your packages, BUT I will do everything in my power to resolve any issues. 

Packaging info:

Each illustration is placed in a plastic sleeve for protection, with a sheet of recycled cardboard. The cardboard is there to prevent the illustration from bending during transport. The cardboard may be discarded after arrival, so that you may place the illustration in a frame. The plastic sheets are reusable, if you choose not to keep your illustration inside it. 

The text at the bottom of some of the images is to protect its authenticity. The text can be covered by most frames. 

All clay items are properly boxed and bubble wrapped.

Pricing:

Illustrations are priced according to size. I only use high quality paper for my illustrations. All images are printed on heavy grade, thick, card stock.

For my clay pieces, I use high grade polymer clays, and acrylic paints. Each piece is glazed and varnished to protect it from the elements. I use durable canvas fabric, and assorted cottons when making my puppets and art dolls. One item can take 1-5 days to make depending on size and detail. Pricing is based on cost of materials, and the time spent on each piece. All earrings have sterling silver hooks. 

I press and print my own buttons, and use high grade matte finished paper for each image.
